Home ownership program highlights

All available homeownership grants have now been administered. The next available NAHC homeownership assistance programs are pending sponsorship, funding and support for affordable homeownership.

To date, the National Affordable Housing Corporation has helped 1,195 low-to-moderate income families become first time homeowners. We achieved this by working with the three levels of government and partnering with reputable local home builders to deliver down payment grants and property tax sponsorship.
